A running coach on iPhone, published on the App Store and sold by subscription. Every week the plan is rebuilt from the sessions actually run, the watch data, and whatever the runner writes to their coach. A complete app, from design to Apple review: accounts, subscriptions, health data, updates and support.
Touch launcher for Windows-based meeting rooms: the room calendar and one-press join into the native desktop client, whichever platform the organiser picked. It is a launcher, not a certified room system: it opens Teams, Zoom or Webex, it does not replace them. Written to replace QuickLaunch, discontinued at the end of 2024; in a pilot room since August 2026, perpetual licence per screen.
I start from a problem someone actually has, usually mine or that of a team I know closely. I build the smallest thing that solves it, put it online, and fix it with the feedback. No steering committee, no hundred-page specification.
A product is not a mockup. It is an app published on the App Store that passes review, a web service that holds up in production, accounts and forgotten passwords, subscription billing that does not get it wrong, personal data handled properly, backups, and someone who answers when it breaks on a Sunday. These four exist with all of that behind them. That is what separates delivered software from a demo.
Consulting stays open, in response to a request. This is the kind of engagement it produces.
Telecom infrastructure audit and operator contract analysis. Over six months: subscriptions restructured, contracts renegotiated, 35% off structural costs, with no service interruption.
Infrastructure audits, ERP selection, cloud migration, security reviews, framing a project: I have done all of it and I still do. The three formats are set out on the consulting page, which is in French.
